Taking fuel samples during bunkering need not involve endless expenditure and can provide good evidence in the event of a problem.

The results obtained from any checks either in the laboratory or on-site will reflect the condition of the sample. If your ship develops a fuel related problem and you have not taken a proper sample, the chances of getting any recompense are very limited.

For checking your fuel right after delivery we recommend our well known fuel oil test devices. Don't rely only on your supplier.
