• Martechnic Supports Environmental Organizations “WWF” and “Clean River Project” with Christmas Donat

  The international maritime exhibition Europort in the city of Rotterdam, the Netherlands, is one of the world’s largest meeting and knowledge sharing platforms of the global shipping industry. The exceptional location of the exhibition with its special focus on complex shipbuilding inkl. high-tech ships provides an excellent opportunity for showcasing innovative projects and technology especially in the challenging times of maritime transition.

  Martechnic will be exhibiting as a part of a shared meeting area of the German Pavilion at Hall 7, Booth 7015. We will be sharing our strong expertise of over 25 years in on-site condition monitoring of fuel, lube and hydraulic oil and showcasing our products for easy on-board testing & analysis (portable test devices and test kits, intelligent sensor technology etc.). Our precise testing equipment helps engineers and maintenance personnel to directly assess oil health and condition and to support the vessel’s optimal, reliable and cost-effective operation by making well-informed condition-based maintenance decisions.

   

  At Europort Martechnic will be introducing its innovative, patent pending test device MT COOLANT CHECK designed for routine assessment of the engine coolant quality in the global shipping sector and beyond. Instead of a full-scale conventional chemical analysis of individual coolant parameters, the novel measurement method of the MT COOLANT CHECK offers a non-chemical and environmentally friendly engine coolant analysis by means of an electrotechnical apparatus with constant (corrosion resistant) and working/changeable (corrosion-prone) electrodes in a simulated cooling system. Both electrodes are subjected to corrosion stress by applying electrical voltage, and the performance of the engine coolant is characterized in relation to its existing level of corrosion protection with the new unit of measurement: “MT unit” (“Lagner”).

A special focus of the exhibition is the innovations that provide efficient solutions and competitive advantage for the customers.

   

  Martechnic will be showcasing its innovative technical solution MT COOLANT CHECK at the joint exhibition stand of the German Pavilion: Hall C, Stand Nr. C01-06 Block F, F3. The patent pending test device MT COOLANT CHECK was developed for engine cooling system predictive maintenance in the global shipping sector and beyond. Instead of complex physical and/or chemical analysis of individual parameters (pH, chlorides, nitrite additives etc.), the MT COOLANT CHECK offers a completely different, non-chemical and environmentally friendly approach to regular on-site assessment of the engine coolant quality.

   

  The innovative measurement method of the test device is based on the use electrotechnical apparatus with constant (corrosion resistant) and working (corrosion-prone) electrodes in a simulated engine cooling system. By applying electrical features, both electrodes are subjected to corrosion stress, and the protection capacity of the engine coolant is measured on the metals used in the cooling system. Therefore, the MT COOLANT CHECK allows users to quickly and reliably detect the gradual deterioration in anti-corrosion performance of the engine coolant before the analyses of the chemical composition and physical properties allow any conclusions to be drawn.

• Martechnic to Exhibit and Showcase New Product “MT COOLANT CHECK” at Seatrade Maritime Logistics Mid

  The Seatrade Maritime Logistics Middle East - the most important exhibition, conference and networking platforms across the MENA region - will take place from the 16th to 18th of May in Dubai World Trade Centre. The international shipping, logistics and maritime professionals will have an excellent opportunity to showcase the latest technology, projects, services and solutions over the show’s three days program.

   

  Martechnic will be exhibiting within the joint exhibition space of its long-term partners MIE Overseas at the Stand G20. The company will present its high-quality products which are well-established within the international marketplace of technical solutions for condition monitoring of fuel, lube and hydraulic oil.

  The East Med Marine and Offshore Exhibition, the most prominent and specialized technical exhibition in the Eastern Mediterranean region, will take place on the 20th & 21st of April 2023 in Limassol, Cyprus. Owing to its unique format and outstanding location, the exhibition brings together marine and offshore sectors business professionals and provides an excellent platform for networking, learning the latest industry updates and showcasing technological innovations.

  Martechnic is pleased to announce its participation in the East Med Expo 2023.
